Katie goes into the details of her relationship with Thomas and discusses, from her point of view, the events that led up to the loss of his battle 22. She gives insight into what it is like to be a survivor of her own battle and how she has found her way in the midst of fighting her own demands and coping with the grief and survivors guilt that comes from losing the love of your life.
We have chosen to release this episode today because it is the anniversary of Thomas' death and we want Katie and the family members of Thomas to know that they are not alone and we are thankful for the opportunity to help tell his story.
